This 44,000 sqft building was completed in 2013. This structure was built based on a modern colonial architectural style and houses eight main exhibition chambers and one temporary exhibition area.
In the lobby, two life-sized portraits of HRH Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar and his consort, HRH Tunku Ampuan Tuanku Najihah, are featured.
For the first time, HRH Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar’s personal collections and life history are shown and immortalised for the people and tourists.
In the future, there will be more community activities held here in line with the vision and mission of our organisation.
We place high importance on education. Aside from exhibition areas, there is also a resource centre that offers a wide range of reading and research material for visitors.
There are various recreational facilities in the vicinity that allow for quality family time before or after visiting the Gallery.
